The Process

• 1. Booking

     Talk to one of our customer service representatives. Your Specialist will go over the entire process with you. Our representatives will be there to hold your hand throughout the entire moving process. From the first phone call until your items are safely back in your own home. We have the best customer service out there. Let us prove it to you.

                You will give us a list of items over the phone or fill out an online inventory and your specialist will call you to make sure you are receiving the most accurate quote. Once we have a list of items and we go over any packing items to ensure that we handle your items with care. Once complete we will reserve your move with only a 10% deposit and schedule your dates.

 

2. Preparing

      Having your items prepared could save you lots of time and money here are some things you could do before the movers arrive even though we are happy to do all of this for you.

      a. Box all of your items correctly books,paper heavy items go in small boxes. Place  awkward items and light tiny boxes into a wardrobe box.

 

      b. Make sure you try to fill up each box, half filled boxes = damaged boxes. Your mattress and box spring will need a plastic cover on it. All glass, pictures and tv's will need to be crated in cardboard which the movers normally take care of.

3. The Pick up

     When our courteous movers come to your house to wrap and load your items you will be impressed on how well your items are wrapped and packed. We move you like family because to us you’re not just a customer you are family.

 

4. Storage

      There is 30 days of storage at no charge if needed.

 

5. The Delivery

     The dispatcher will gladly keep our customers updated on delivery. We call customers as we get closer before we deliver and keep you updated.

When the crew arrives at your new home or office the driver will introduce himself and get right to work putting your items back where you want them to go.
